Grande Cache Inn and Suites

Not many options in this town, but this is our favourite. Nothing fancy, but all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, room cleaners do a great job, the beds are very decent for a hotel/motel, included breakfast is great and the location is convenient. I want to make note that we left some jewelry and electronics out not knowing our room would be cleaned and everything was safe! Only complaint we had was the air conditioner is a bit on the louder side.

I stayed here for one night in early January, and after a long day of driving, I was met with lovely people working at the front desk. My room was clean, and I was excited to see a fireplace!! It was very comforting. The bed was crispy and fluffy, and the bathroom was clean. The complimentary breakfast is served diner style, which was a nice surprise! Very delicious too. I would highly recommend, especially for such a great value! If I'm ever around this area again, I'd gladly stay here.

We really enjoyed our room the view was fantastic, could see the mountains. The service was extremly friendly and helpful. The food was great homemade bread service was friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Grand Cache. Thanks for the terrific stay and wonderful staff.

My daughter and I stayed here overnight on a weekday. Price was very reasonable. Restaurant was good and quick and hostess was friendly. Our first room had a clogged sink, front desk attendant tried hard to fix it, apparently their handyman was off... then when she was unable to fit it she moved us to another room, she was very friendly and tried hard to make us happy. Rooms were clean but in both rooms the strip that the carpet meets the tile was worn and little carpet nails were sticking out and pierced my barefoot. I think they may need to update their flooring or at least repair the strips. The shower was nice and hot, and good pressure but the shower head was awkwardly mounted very high and unable to adjust downward. I am 5'7" and it was just barely low enough to catch my head, lol. A person of smaller stature may have issue. Air conditioning worked well but was quite loud.

It's not often I write positive reviews, but this was very pleasant experience. From the welcoming smiles at the front desk, everyone's willingness to help and the overall cleanliness of this hotel. Even the breakfast was great! I just wish they would keep it a little bit longer. I will definitely be staying here again.

Second year being here and the front staff are still increadible, kind, and understanding. Not to mention helpful and just always on the ball. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is by far my favorite place due to the front staff alone. My company sometimes struggles with communication, but the gentleman who checked in my senior dog and me late this evening went above and beyond with kindness and grace. Thank you so much, my friend! Its customer service like yours that is fading in this world, but yours keeps me optimistic. It doesn't go unnoticed!

Stayed here for 4 nights for my sons wedding. It was an alternate location after the Jasper fire, but the staff, service and food were anything but "alternate"! The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the service is what really makes the place shine. All staff took a personal interest in doing the absolute best for the event,y no matter what the request. The food quality was the best I have seen at any event. Home made baking, top grade beef and chicken and outstanding salad and side dishes. Again, all served with care and pride. Very well done, I would highly recommend this venue for any major event.

Needed a place to sleep on a long drive and randomly chose this hotel. Very impressed by the locations view, breathtaking. Also, it is right next to a gas station for snacks and has a FULL hot breakfast for you in the morning. Good bang for your buck, for sure. Also, I have to mention it had great pillows, and the bed was the perfect balance of stiff/soft. Would definitely stay there again!
